About Cora Brown
Cora Brown started practicing yoga eight years ago following an accident that left her with chronic back pain. Because of her yoga practice she now enjoys pain free days and her ability to work out the kinks on the days that are not pain free. Cora has just completed a 100 Yoga Teacher Training with Kim Trimmer, and is delighted to be offering a class at InsideOut Yoga. Cora is excited to share what she has learned and experienced through her practice of yoga with others.
About Denise McClaren
Denise McClaren has been practicing yoga for several years and recently received her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Inside Out Yoga Studio. She came to yoga in her late 30s looking for…well she didn't know what exactly. She knew she had limited flexibility, a history of low back trouble and that the gym/club exercise programs weren't her cup of tea. For her yoga has been the gift that keeps on giving. It isn't just the practice and self discovery; it is also the experiences and the people she has met along the way. Denise is looking forward to sharing yoga with those like her who may not know exactly what yoga is all about or what they would like to gain but are willing to try something different in a group that is accepting of everyone no matter who they are, where life has or hasn't taken them so far, or how "bendy" they may be.
